Daily Ui challenge #001: sign up
Daily UI, a daily challenge for designers wanting to practice creating visual and practical user interface design, sends new challenges each day. This is my first design using Sketch to create a very simple and generic sign up/sign in form.

Daily Ui challenge #002: Check out
Using Sketch, I created this Fitbit prototype for a checkout window. This was a fun project because…
I had to learn to play with type boxes without using an outlined box
I had to make sure that the areas customers could type differed from the title
I had to make sure that buttons and dropdown boxes were clear to the user

Daily Ui challenge #003: Landing page
For this challenge, I decided to combine it with a project I am currently working on for my General Assembly HTML/CSS/Web Design course. I've already created a wireframe for this website, so using my rough draft and finalized wireframe, I was able to easily put the design and layout together using Sketch.

Daily Ui challenge #004: Calculator
Using a Sketch template already created by Dhanish Gajjar, I was able to put a personal touch by adjusting the colors as well as the fonts to create a more retro look to the calculator.

Daily Ui challenge #005: app icon
A simple app icon I designed for my UX project at General Assembly. I wanted to create a simple icon that would be easily recognizable by it’s simple design and color contrast.

Daily Ui challenge #008: 404 page
When a web page doesn’t load, it can be frustrating for the user since they’re interrupted in the process of getting to the next step. Designing the 404 page should not be overlooked. Some of the best 404 pages are the ones that are entertaining (ex: Google’s dinosaur game).
